Rich Creamy Mushroom Bruschetta

When Nazrin and I were at the supermarket last night, I tiba-tiba craved for Mushroom Bruschetta. So terus cari all the ingredients, tahan nafsu makan kejap for the night then esok tu ke dapur Tungtangtungtang, Walla! My very own Mushroom Bruschetta siap untuk dimakan! ;) Only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Nak masak tu kejap cuma nak potong-potong cendawan tu yang buat lama sebab banyak betul jumlah payung-payung cendawan yang ada. Untuk kepuasan nafsu makan sendiri, kesedapan perut dan keseronokan 

taste buds saya dan isi rumah tersayang takpe saya rela! :D

Kalau di Google keluar 1001 Mushroom Bruschetta recipes. Yang ini hasil combination of Original Italian Bruschetta, Mixed Italian Bruschetta, Mushroom Bruschetta and etc. 

Campur-campur ikut kesedapan citarasa diri sendiri adalah yang terbaik. 

Maka terciptalah my own Rich Creamy Mushroom Bruschetta! 

The Ingredients

A packed of mixed mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic cloves, baby tomatoes, olive oil, lemon squeeze, butter, milk, thyme, basil, mint, ground pepper, salt  and of course a long thin loaf of French bread (Baguette). Satu buku Baguette dipotong secara diagonal boleh dapat around 24 slices of bread. Toast them in batches before topping them with mushrooms and the other ingredients.

P.S, Sukatan ikut sesedap rasa. Selamat mencuba! ;)

My first self sewn baju

My first self sewn yellow kurung length kaftan. 

Believe it or not I sewn this night before the wedding day. Actually just few hours before the ceremony!

Btw, its my cousin Sumayyah and her husband Muthanna wedding reception. It was held at Dewan Seri Endon, Puspanita Puri, Putrajaya last Sunday. I don't have photo of the bride and groom in my camera, was too busy handling the door gifts along with my sister, brother-in-law and dear cousins. Don't worry,  I will upload 

them on facebook as soon as I get the photos from cousins ;)

InsyaAllah, next I will give it a try for long length kaftan! Its the one that looks like a dress :)

Meet Amyra, we've been friends since primary school. Last week was her 22nd birthday so we went out to Ikea for dinner.
Memang kene timenya saya craving for meatballs.

2011 gonna leave me a tattoo

Photo assignments is such a pain in the arse. Snapping photos for fun is fun but photos for assignments where you need to follow rules, with specific elements needed and DATELINEs is absolutely NO FUN! Even worse, when you're not physically well. Its A TORTURE!

Before I end this post, I would like to thank all of you who had been supporting me all year round. Its been a very tough year. Although my blog might seems like I have a happy cheerful life throughout the year but trust me life doesn't work that way. I have ups and downs too. I share tears with my family and loved ones. People say I'm good at handling things but I actually cried like a baby with my loved ones. I'm so blessed to have them around. You know who you are, thank you for being the shoulder for me to cry on. Thank you for lending me your kind hand when I need them the most. Thank you for helping my family. Every night before I went off to dreamland, I used to hear the sound of my ceiling fan.
Sometimes I even awake when my hamsters are playing among them.

Now all the surrounding noise has been sealed.
I hear my breathing & heartbeats louder than anything I ever dreamed.

In dream I hear things crashing.
And so do things smashing.

Does the two magical semibreves still lives?

I'am awake just to make sure that they still breves.

Alhamdulillah, its just my fear conquering.
You might not know what you are reading.

It just that I finally woke up from the world of dream.

This real world of dream.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (Part1) | Eyelet dress

Went to see Breaking Dawn just now with my beloved. The movie is actually quite a disappointment. I am 110% agreed with this U.S. girl comment.

I am dramatically disappointed. I am a huge fan of the books and have enjoyed the other movies but this one was done differently. Aside from some amazing effects on Bella's emancipated body this movie was nothing but a checklist of scenes from the book with no segway or emotion to tie them all together as in the book. I think it truly does a disservice to Meyer's writing. If you had not read the books and only saw the movie you are missing out on the deeper emotions and bonds between the characters that are revealed and deepened in the book. The movie did not allow you to connect emotionally to the characters at all. The only thing this movie accomplished was to allow fans to bring to life some of the highlights from the book. It was like a house without a foundation, it looked pretty but had no support.

Berger BURGER KING satu ringgit!

Nov 16 has arrived! Its time for 1 BKRAZY DAY. One spicy chick n crisp at the price of 1 ringgit with medium carbonated drink purchase! Since our timetable clashed with each others, Nazrin had his BK lunch first. He did bought an extra burger for me and sent it later to my place in the evening but me being a stiff-necked still insist of having it at the fast-food restaurant juga. Hehehe it just that I love experiencing promo events.

Its such an enjoyment!

Nazrin had to attend his 6 to 9 class. Hence, he can only take me to BK after 9pm. So he did! We went to BK, Setia Alam. Sadly, since the stocks has finished, the promo has ended :( LUCKILY! I brought the burger that Nazrin gave me. Memang niat dihati nak makan berger yang dibeli kekasih, tujuan ke sana saje mengada nak beli extra berger untuk dibawa pulang diberi pada ibubapa sambil minta tolong si dia tunjuk ajar assignment kita ;p

Contest ini dibawa khas oleh Amni Asyikin, penuntut sebuah pengajian tinggi awam yang seringkali dibangga-banggakan diblog ini iaitu tidak lain tidak bukan, UiTM Machang! *Big Applause*

Menurut profil gadis yang diberi nama Amni ini, dia mengaji (keluar sikit ha, rindu Kelantan ni sebenarnya) jurusan Information Management. Haaa! Ni mesti junior Fatin Izyan ni.

Amni, awak kenal kakak senior awak ni tak? Cewahhh!

Kalau kami masih di sana boleh duduk semeja dekat Sigai lepastu order nasi kukus dan pilih ayam goreng paling besar lalu makan bersama-sama ;)

(Rindunya nasi kukus oii! Walaupun masa final sem makan ada serpihan dawai cuci pinggan dalam tu. Pfffftttt!)

Ini dia gambar yang ingin dipertandingkan. Sememangnya Tokmak kita memang yang paling cool! Fyi, she just turned 80 last October. Alhamdulillah.

PADINI warehouse clearance

Its PADINI warehouse clearance sale! Actually, I have no idea on the existence of the event. Thanks to one of my high school friend Nina, she uploaded a photo on what's happening there at the warehouse on her facebook! So I picked up the phone and rang Nazrin immediately!

Too bad it was raining cats and dogs we had to stopped near Stadium Shah Alam & wait for the rain to settled down. FYI, we were on a motorcycle and soulmate saya habis basah kuyup kene splashed dengan air lori laju langgar puddles :'(

We arrived in front of the warehouse at 4.50pm. Hati kecewa sebab tak boleh masuk we didn't know that it closed at 5pm. The next day gagah pergi juga and guess what we got to entered as early as 11am! The queue outside the warehouse was insane!

We bought more than 10 clothes. All together 16 kot tak silap. This is only ⅓ of the price tags yang Dea baru cabut tadi :)

See, I told cha the queue was insane! Took this after we shop but not till drop because the price was too cheap! Kami menyusuri jalan untuk pulang dengan muka habis happy sambil pegang dua plastic bag besar sambil ditengok-tengok orang yang sedang beratur panas hati tunggu turn, bye-bye kami dah nak balik! Hehehe ☺

Next photos, show madness inside the warehouse. Nazrin and I went separate ways to kill time because we're actually late for my cousin's wedding! Ayo-yo!

Hehe sorry I HAVE TO crop that so korang tak nightmare. Tudung dah lari-lari, you got to see only the "big nose" and smile I'm wearing ;)
