Rich Creamy Mushroom Bruschetta

When Nazrin and I were at the supermarket last night, I tiba-tiba craved for Mushroom Bruschetta. So terus cari all the ingredients, tahan nafsu makan kejap for the night then esok tu ke dapur Tungtangtungtang, Walla! My very own Mushroom Bruschetta siap untuk dimakan! ;) Only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Nak masak tu kejap cuma nak potong-potong cendawan tu yang buat lama sebab banyak betul jumlah payung-payung cendawan yang ada. Untuk kepuasan nafsu makan sendiri, kesedapan perut dan keseronokan 
taste buds saya dan isi rumah tersayang takpe saya rela! :D





Kalau di Google keluar 1001 Mushroom Bruschetta recipes. Yang ini hasil combination of Original Italian Bruschetta, Mixed Italian Bruschetta, Mushroom Bruschetta and etc. 
Campur-campur ikut kesedapan citarasa diri sendiri adalah yang terbaik. 
Maka terciptalah my own Rich Creamy Mushroom Bruschetta! 

The Ingredients
A packed of mixed mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic cloves, baby tomatoes, olive oil, lemon squeeze, butter, milk, thyme, basil, mint, ground pepper, salt  and of course a long thin loaf of French bread (Baguette). Satu buku Baguette dipotong secara diagonal boleh dapat around 24 slices of bread. Toast them in batches before topping them with mushrooms and the other ingredients.
