I am pretty much a history lover too. I love all the old buildings and historical places because they have such great designs and structures and of course with their own priceless stories. It is very sad to watch this demolition of Pudu Jail. Nothing much I can say about Pudu Jail because our government decided not to keep Pudu Jail as one of the heritage site although it is more than 100 years old! I am wondering what is the government's next plan on the land itself? Please don't tell us its for "another silly million dollar shopping malls and hotels". Unless if something like Universal Studios, that might be cool! ;D Video by dickwoie

A big NO NO for gadis bertudung sedunia!

I'm sorry but I just don't like the look of gadis bertudung wearing leggings. If you're "free hair" then its okay. You know when you're out, the non-muslims will look Islam thru you. You're not just bringing the image of yourself, you're bringing the image of Islam too! Atleast wear skinny la not leggings because its not too melekat pada kaki & nipis.

I'm not perfect either. This is just an expression because it is sad to go to shopping malls & bump to so many tudung girls wearing leggings. Can't understand the fact that they're wearing tudung but choose leggings as their bottom wear. Can you? You can call me kolot, kuno, or kampong if you want to *PEACE*

Bersanggul tinggi berselendang.

I got tagged by my friend in FB, and yesss. I was shocked and scared too (if you're not, then takpelah.) So here goes nothing..

It's a trend nowadays that many muslim Malaysian women are into the new hijab wearing i.e. wearing a shawl-like syrian style hijab. I posted on my Fb status recently stating that I too, would want to wear the syrian women hijab style with high bun but unfortunately my hair is short thus cannot tie or do a bun at all. I also received few suggestions to buy fake buns online or at Arzu, KLCC.

I used to study in an arabic-medium school and had learned that when you wear tudung, you're not supposed to show any indication that your hair is long by tying your hair really high/do a bun until men can notice the presence of your long hair eventhough you wear your cover/hijab. That defeats the purpose of wearing a hijab. However, I can't remember the hukum whether it's haram or harus or makruh.

Being curious, I googled about this sanggul arab issue and found the hadith related:

“ akan muncul dalam kalangan umatku di akhir zaman, kaum lelaki yang menunggang sambil duduk di atas pelana, lalu mereka turun di depan pintu-pintu masjid. Wanita-wanita mereka( isteri mereka atau anak perempuan), berpakaian tetapi seperti bertelanjang ( nipis&ketat). Di atas kepala mereka pula(wanita) terdapat bonggolan (sanggul atau tocang) seperti bonggol unta yang lemah gemalai. Oleh itu laknatlah mereka semua. Sesungguhnya mereka adalah wanita-wanita yang terlaknat”- hadith riwayat Ahmad, jil.2, ms. 223.

Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda:

Quote::
“dua golongan penghuni neraka yang mana aku sendiri belum pernah melihat keadaan mereka didunia: golongan yang membawa cemeti seperti seekor lembu lalu menggunakannya untuk memukul manusia dan juga kaum wanita yang berpakaian seperti bertelanjang, menggoyangkan badan dan berlenggang-lenggok, kepala mereka ada suatu seperti bonggol di kepala unta yang bergoyang-goyang. Mereka tentu tidak akan memasuki syurga atau mencium baunya sedangkan bau syurga itu dapat dihidu dari jarak perjalanan begitu dan begini”

–hadith riwayat Muslim. Hadith no 212-

I would say that I was tempted at first as I saw some women/celebraties/tv presenters looked really pretty wearing the syrian style hijab with high sanggul/bun. Sometimes, bila nak cantik, manusia selalu lupa pada hukum walaupon dah belajar.I am one of them. Bila nak buat benda jahat, laju je.
Anyway, in wearing hijab,niat perlukah menghalalkan cara? I dare not jatuhkan hukum or say that it is haram wearing the fake sanggul arab.However,at the moment, I'll just forget about buying the sanggul arab thingy.

Yes memang ada dekat Cameron Highlands & tempat dia memang sangat cool. Semua barang-barang antik. Ada beberapa bahagian di antaranya bahagian yang anda akan rasa macam berada di dalam rumah dulu-dulu dengan kelengkapan barang-barang antik macam tempat seterika baju, mesin jahit, dapur lama, dapur arang dan banyak lagi. Ada juga bilik darjah kecil siap dengan meja semua lengkap. Pengunjung bebas berbuat apa-apa posing lah berhabis-habisan ya. Semua boleh pegang cuma jangan terpecahkan termasuk poket dah lah ya. Lepas tu ada macam-macam jenis telefon lama dalam tu. Telefon rumah? public phone? semua ada lah! Yang paling best ada salon yang interior dia semua habis retro. Bar pun ada. Macam-macam jenis minuman ada. Packing semua stok yang lama-lama punya. Cashier dia pun cool. Banyak lagi bahagian-bahagian yang menarik macam bahagian selebriti dulu-dulu. Tan Sri P.Ramlee la main focus dia. Surat beranak, lesen dia semua ada. Wajib pergi ni! Make sure sebelum pergi bateri kamera cas bagi full dulu ya kalau tak jadi macam kitaorang dapat tangkap gambar sikit je lepas tu bateri pun empty. Geram betul. Memang kene pergi lagi sekali ni. Tapi tak apa, Time Tunnel ni memang akan sentiasa update barang-barang dia. Kira kalau pergi je mesti ada yang barulah so memang tak rugi kan? Lagipun entrance fee dia memang murah sangat. RM5 sahaja untuk dewasa.

Bila dah masuk Time Tunnel ni baru perasan yang susu cap junjung ni dah tak ada dah di pasaran. Patut la mama tak ada nak beli dah susu cap ni.

And say to the faithful women to lower their gazes, and to guard their private parts, and not to display their adornment except what is apparent of it, and to extend their headcoverings (khimars) to cover their bosoms (jaybs), and not to display their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons, or their husband's sons, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their womenfolk, or what their right hands rule (slaves), or the followers from the men who do not feel sexual desire, or the small children to whom the nakedness of women is not apparent, and not to strike their feet (on the ground) so as to make known what they hide of their adornments. And turn in repentance to Allah together, O you the faithful, in order that you are successful (Translation for Surah An-Nur Ayat 31)

Pendek kata, hendaklah mereka tidak menampakkan perhiasan mereka, kecuali yang biasa tampak pada diri mereka iaitu muka dan kedua belah telapak tangan :)

Sudah I putuskan keputusan untuk masuk satu magazine photo contest. Ini dia gambar yang macam agak kena mengena untuk I pertandingkan. The contest was in Kunang2 magazine. Kunang2 is a fireflyz's on board magazine. It was not really something big. It is just a random thing to do for Izzatnazrin Rosli. Kalau menang, dapat 3days 2nights stay at Grand Dorsett Subang. Bolehlah invite si dia datang ke mari dan bolehlah kami pergi ber-dating-dating. Hehehe. I am terribly missing you sweetheart♥ Actually, sedih rasanya bila rakan-rakan masa semester break asyik berdating. Tetapi tidak mengapa, bak kata Ieyja Azni, haaaaa! rasakan! Hehehe tidak mengapalah korang boleh dating 2 bulan sahaja wekkk :p Nanti buka semester I hari-hari pun boleh dating! Hehehe. Ini first time I am in a long distance relationship.
